§1. General provisions
  1. This policy has been written in Polish.

  3. The portal owner is also the data controller.
  4. The website is private and mainly informative.
  5. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  6. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the terms “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.
  7. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  8. Personal data provided in the form on this page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
§2. Data Administrator
  1. The website does not keep an account register.
  2. The only accounts may be the accounts of people registered to develop the following page. Then the first name, last name, email and password are processed.
  3. Personal data is processed:
    1. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and correctly implement the Services provided electronically,
    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
  4. Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

  6. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the scope of pursuing possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
  7. The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  8. Removal of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The service provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the applicable law.
  10. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.
  11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate.
§3. Cookies
  1. The website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. The parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Therefore, cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
  2. The collected information relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about the time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  3. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool that records user behavior on the website.
  4. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website he uses to be adapted to his needs. By remembering his preferences, he enables the appropriate adjustment of advertisements addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience for our website, and the collected data is used only internally to optimize activities.
  5. We use the following cookies on our website:
    1. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;
      cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;
    2. “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the website pages are used;
    3. “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalization of the user interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region of the user, font size, website appearance, etc .;
    4. “advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.

  7. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to it by completing the form. We store and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
§4. Contact form
  1. The website allows contact via the form.
  2. The required personal data is: name, surname, email.
  3. These data are sent by email to the owner of the portal. They are not processed anywhere.
§5. Embedded content from other websites
  1. Articles on this site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, pictures, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in a similar way as if the user visited a specific website directly.
  2. Sites may collect information about you, use cookies, attach additional external tracking systems, and monitor your interactions with embedded material, including tracking your interactions with embedded material if you have an account and are logged in to that site.
§6. Newsletter
  1. The newsletter was created on the basis of the phplist system.
  2. The newsletter may set additional cookies in the browser after clicking the link by the subscriber. These cookies are used only for statistical purposes.
  3. The newsletter is related to the webnitro.eu portal and offers to send information to interested parties about services, products and other information to their e-mail addresses.
  4. Providing data is voluntary.
  5. The person interested in the form available on the website must:
    – provide your email address to which the newsletter will be sent,
    – enter your name,
    – accept the Privacy Policy,
    – solve the Captcha test (protection against bots),
    – select newsletters to which you want to subscribe
    – click on the button confirming receipt of the ‘Subscribe to the selected newsletters’ newsletter.
  6. After registering in the system, the interested person must confirm their participation by clicking on the link that will come to their e-mail address. E-mails not confirmed are removed from the system.
  7. The data will not be transferred to other entities.
  8. The data will not be used for the purposes of sending the newsletter.
  9. The data will be stored for the period necessary to provide the service, until the person concerned resigns from receiving the newsletter.
  10. The data may be stored in the system after you unsubscribe from all newsletters. The person’s details are blacklisted (a list of people to whom you must not send email).
    The administrator will make every effort to delete the data of such persons from the system as soon as possible.
  11. The subscriber may unsubscribe at any time.
  12. The subscriber has the right to inspect his data, correct and delete.
  13. The subscriber may request his data stored in the system, for this purpose he must contact the administrator.
  14. The language for the newsletter is the language specified in the name and description of the newsletter when signing up.
